Payment processing

  • Information on nationality, only if you choose to enclose such information to your profile

  • Professional or job-related information i.e. information you choose to enclose to your profile
  • Inferences drawn from other personal information.

We do not sell personal information to other entities.

Service Providers are not authorized to use or disclose your information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. Service Providers are given the information they need only in order to perform their designated functions, and we do not authorize them to use or disclose any of the provided information for their own marketing or other purposes.

We advise you to share only the information that you are comfortable with being disclosed in this manner. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the sharing of any information that you choose to provide to us.

In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your user account, and your Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred.

You must also bear in mind that if you set your profile as:

  • "visible" – data you put on your profile can be accessed by professional users, i.e. entities using Website as recruiters, head hunters and staffing agencies coming from any corner of the world.
  • "public" – data you put on your profile may be available in a public manner to any visitor to our Site and your profile.

Disclosure of information – payment purposes

In order to process payments for orders, we use a third-party payment service provider, Stripe, Inc. (hereinafter: "Stripe"). Stripe processes users' personal data, including payment card data, in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy .

Your personal data provided to Stripe include:

  • Name,
  • Email address,
  • Payment card number,
  • IP address,
  • Transaction information such as the amount, date and time of the transaction.

Stripe is a processor of personal data on behalf of us to ensure compliance with the requirements of the RODO. Stripe may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the United States. Stripe applies appropriate safeguards in the form of standard contractual clauses and certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

The transfer of personal data to Stripe is necessary to process payments on the Store. If you do not consent to the processing of your data by Stripe, you should choose another form of payment.

Retention of information

We will retain and use your Personal Information for the duration of your use of our Website and after that, for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our Policy, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted.

Transfer of information

However, bearing in mind the services provided by our subcontractors in the implementation of ICT service support, IT infrastructure or marketing tools, we may outsource certain activities or tasks to recognized subcontractors operating outside European Economic Area.

If such a transfer of data occurs, the transfer will only take place based on one of the transfer mechanisms specified by the GDPR, in particular the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. The data used by Google Tag Manager is processed in accordance with Google Privacy Policy.

  • Meta Pixel - a tool operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Block J, Serpentine Avenue, Dublin 4, Ireland, which allows us to monitor users' actions on our store, create and measure the effectiveness of remarketing and retargeting ads displayed on Facebook.com and Instagram.com.
