Payment processing

We do not sell personal information to other entities.

Service Providers are given the information they need only in order to perform their designated functions, and we do not authorize them to use or disclose any of the provided information for their own marketing or other purposes.

- "visible" – data you put on your profile can be accessed by professional users, i.e. entities using Website as recruiters, head hunters and staffing agencies coming from any corner of the world.
- "public" – data you put on your profile may be available in a public manner to any visitor to our Site and your profile.
Disclosure of information – payment purposes
In order to process payments for orders, we use a third-party payment service provider, Stripe, Inc. (hereinafter: "Stripe"). Stripe processes users' personal data, including payment card data, in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy .
Your personal data provided to Stripe include:
- Name,
- Email address,
- Payment card number,
- IP address,
- Transaction information such as the amount, date and time of the transaction.
Stripe is a processor of personal data on behalf of us to ensure compliance with the requirements of the RODO. Stripe may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the United States. Stripe applies appropriate safeguards in the form of standard contractual clauses and certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
The transfer of personal data to Stripe is necessary to process payments on the Store. If you do not consent to the processing of your data by Stripe, you should choose another form of payment.
Retention of information
We will retain and use your Personal Information for the duration of your use of our Website and after that, for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our Policy, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted.
Transfer of information
